Try the relaxation music that calls alpha music. That sort of music will put you into an alpha state, the state when you are really relaxed and can rest correctly. The next day you’ll be refreshed and ready to take up new challenges. The more your brain is in alpha state, the better concepts and creative work you’ll have. The relaxation music will help you ease the strain if you had a fight with somebody close to you. Infrequently the relaxation music played in the background can even stop fights at home as you all ease your nerves thanks to that special kind of relaxation music.
